titleOfInvention Method of controlling cooling of compressor unit
abstract FIELD: compressor engineering . SUBSTANCE: regime parameters of the compressor, temperature of air at outlet of an intermediate air cooler, and changing of air temperature at outlet of the intermediate air cooler by changing of flow rate of cooling water through the intermediate air cooler are measured. Temperature of water at inlet and outlet of the intermediate air cooler, air pressure at inlet and outlet of the first and second stage of compressing, pressure of circulating pump are accepted as regime parameters in the intermediate air cooler and optimal temperature of air is calculated by a given relationship. The optimal temperature at the outlet of the intermediate air cooler is then compared with the measured one. Flow rate of cooling water trough the intermediate air cooler is changed to elevate optimal and measured temperature levels. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 1 dwg
