titleOfInvention MULTIVALENT VACCINE FROM NATIVE VESICULES OF THE EXTERNAL MEMBRANE OF THE MENINGOCOCCUS, WAYS OF ITS OBTAINING AND APPLICATION
abstract 1. A vaccine containing native outer membrane vesicles obtained from at least two meningococcal strains that have been genetically modified for a wide range of protection, where native outer membrane vesicles include three different sets of antigens based on PorA, LOS and conserved outer membrane proteins; where genetically modified strains have been modified to increase safety by inactivating the lpxL1, synX and lgtA genes; and where at least one genetically modified strain expresses at least two different subtypes of proteins or a subtype of PorA epitopes. ! 2. The vaccine according to claim 1, where the LOS expressed by each strain has a different crustal structure of LOS and has an alpha chain consisting of glucose and galactose. ! 3. The vaccine according to claim 1, where each subtype of proteins or a subtype of PorA epitopes contains at least one, the most predominant PorA subtype of group B. isolates! 4. The vaccine according to claim 1, where in each strain another conserved surface protein with a known ability to induce bactericidal antibodies and it is selected from the group consisting of option 1 FHBP, option 2 FHBP and option 3 FHBP; NadA; App NspA; TbpA and TbpB. ! 5. The combination of NOMV of three genetically modified strains of Neisseria meningitidis with antigenic variation, where at least one of the strains is selected from:! (1) HO44-DL strain H44 / 76 with the following genetic modifications or characteristics:! inactivation of the synX, lpxL1 and lgtA genes; ! insertion of the second porA gene (subtype P1.7-1.1) instead of opaD; ! increased expression of NadA; and! stable high expression of Ors and PorA; ! (2) HOPS-GAL strain 8570 with the following genetic modifications or characteristics
