The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the internal combustion engine with a heat exchanger and an additional electric generator is connected with a digester through a biogas supply line, the internal combustion engine with a heat exchanger through a steam condensate line connected to the steam condensate circuit between the heating unit and the steam boiler.
