abstract 1. PVC liquid thermal stabilizers containing: ! a) mixed zinc and barium salts of one or more linear or branched aliphatic saturated or unsaturated acids containing from 6 to 20 carbon atoms or one or more aromatic carboxylic acids containing from 8 to 10 carbon atoms, not identified as having a CRM risk, in which the weight ratio between salts of aliphatic acids and salts of aromatic acids exceeds 3:1; ! b) one or more organic phosphites of the formula R1OP(OR2)OR3, wherein R1, R2 and R3 are the same or different and each is C6 to C15 alkyl or phenyl or C10-C20 alkylaryl. ! 2. PVC liquid thermal stabilizers according to claim 1, further containing one or more auxiliary stabilizers selected from β-diketones, dihydropyridines, barium carboxylate/barium carbonate solutions (superbasic barium), zinc salts of C6-C20 aliphotic carboxylic acids. ! 3. PVC liquid thermal stabilizers according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio between aliphatic carboxylate salts and aromatic carboxylate salts is in the range from about 3.5:1 to 7:1. ! 4. PVC liquid thermal stabilizers according to claim 1, wherein the Ba/Zn weight ratio is in the range from about 1:1 to about 10:1. ! 5. PVC liquid thermal stabilizers according to claim 4, wherein the Ba/Zn weight ratio is from about 3:1 to about 8:1. ! 6. PVC liquid thermal stabilizers according to claim 5, wherein the Ba/Zn weight ratio is approximately 3.4:1 to 4:1. ! 7.
