titleOfInvention MEDICAL PRODUCT FOR TREATMENT OF OBSTRUCTIONS OF ORGANISM LIGHTINGS AND FOR PREVENTION OF THREATENING REPEATED OBTURATIONS
abstract 1. The use of citric acid ester and anti-inflammatory, cytostatic, cytotoxic, antiproliferative, anti-microtubular, anti-angiogenic, anti-restenotic (anti-restenotic), anti-fungicidal, anti-neoplastic, anti-migration, atrombogenic or anti-thrombogenic active substances for coating a catheter balloon. ! 2. The use according to claim 1, in which the citric acid ester is acetyl tributyl citrate or acetyl triethyl citrate or a compound of the following structure:! ! where R, R 'and R "independently from each other mean a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated, substituted by at least one functional group or unsubstituted alkyl radical, an arylalkyl radical or cycloalkyl radical. ! 3. The use according to claim 1, in which the citric acid ester is a representative from the group consisting of triethyl citrate, acetyl triethyl citrate, tributyl citrate and acetyl tributyl citrate. ! 4. The use according to claim 1, in which at least one anti-inflammatory, cytostatic, cytotoxic, antiproliferative, antimycrotubular, anti-angiogenic, anti-restenotic (anti-restenosis), anti-fungicidal, anti-neoplastic, anti-migratory, atrombogenic or antithrombogenic active substances is pacific. ! 5. A catheter balloon coated with at least one anti-inflammatory, cytostatic, cytotoxic, antiproliferative, antimycrotubular, anti-angiogenic, anti-restenotic (anti-restenotic), anti-fungicidal, anti-neoplastic, anti-immigration, atrombogenic or anti
