titleOfInvention MANUFACTURE OF ACTIVE HIGH-PHOSPHORILATED LYSOSOMAL HUMAN SULFATASE ENZYMES AND THEIR APPLICATION
abstract 1. Recombinant human lysosomal sulfatase enzyme or a biologically active fragment, mutant, variant or derivative thereof, produced by an END3 complementation group CHO cell or derivative thereof, wherein said END3 complementation group CHO cell or its derivative express recombinant human sulfatase modifying factor 1 (SUMF1) , and where the specified recombinant lysosomal enzyme sulfatase or its biologically active fragment, mutant, variant or derivative have a high level of activation and high phosphorylation level. ! 2. The recombinant lysosomal enzyme human sulfatase or its biologically active fragment, mutant, variant or derivative according to claim 1, where the specified recombinant lysosomal enzyme sulfatase is selected from the group consisting of arylsulfatase A (ARSA), arylsulfatase B (ARSB), iduronate-2 sulfatases (IDS), sulfamidases / heparin N-sulfatases (SGSH), N-acetylglucosamine sulfatases (G6S) and N-acetylgalactosamine-6-sulfatases (GALNS). ! 3. Recombinant human N-acetylgalactosamine-β-sulfatase (GALNS) enzyme or a biologically active fragment, mutant, variant or derivative thereof produced by an END3 complementation group CHO cell or a derivative thereof, wherein said END3 complementation group CHO cell or its derivative expresses a recombinant modifying human factor 1 sulfatase (SUMF1), and wherein said recombinant human GALNS has a high level of activation and a high level of phosphorylation. ! 4. The enzyme according to any one of claims 1 to 3, where the specified cell CHO complementation group END3 or its derivative is a cell line G71 or derivative G71. ! 5. Cn
