The combination according to claim 1, in which the molecule binds to B cells, precursors of B cells and / or their malignant analogue, specifically binds to CD20, CD23, CD22, CD40, CD80, HLA-DR or Hu1D10. ! 3. The combination according to claim 2, in which the molecule specifically binding to CD20, CD23, CD22, CD40 or CD80, is an antibody or antibody fragment or their fusion protein. ! 4.
