titleOfInvention SYSTEM AND METHOD OF TREATMENT OF A Wound IN A TISSUE SECTION
abstract 1. A system for treating a wound in a tissue site, comprising:! A surgical napkin designed to close a wound in a tissue site! an adhesive layer having one surface attached to at least a portion of said surgical napkin and an opposite surface intended to form a bond with the tissue site, and! release agent contained within the specified adhesive layer and sensitive to external influences, which weakens the bond of the specified adhesive layer with the tissue site,! moreover, the weakening of the connection of the specified adhesive layer facilitates the removal of the specified surgical napkins from the tissue site. ! 2. The system according to claim 1, in which the release agent contains release material, or a binder material, or both of these materials. ! 3. The system according to claim 1, in which the external influence includes at least one of the following: electromagnetic energy, magnetic field, sound, pH level, pressure, thermal energy and humidity. ! 4. The system according to claim 1, additionally containing a supporting adhesive layer, with the possibility of removal connected to the adhesive layer. ! 5. The system according to claim 1, in which the amount of force required to remove the specified surgical napkins from the tissue site is reduced by at least about 20% relative to the amount of force required to remove the surgical napkin without the specified release agent. ! 6. The system according to claim 2, in which the release material contains at least one of the following substances: low-temperature Tg material, photopolymer, natural oil, synthetic oil, surfactant, silicon particles, paraffin parts
