titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CELL THAT IS ABLE TO PRODUCE HETEPROTEINS WITH A HIGH OUTPUT
abstract 1. A method of producing a cell capable of producing the desired polypeptide in high yield, in which a cell with strong expression of the taurine transporter, into which DNA encoding the desired polypeptide has been introduced, is cultured in the presence of a high concentration of methotrexate, and a cell capable of producing desired polypeptide in high yield. ! 2. The method according to claim 1, in which a DNA encoding a dihydrofolate reductase is also introduced into a cell with strong expression of a taurine transporter into which DNA encoding the desired polypeptide has been introduced. ! 3. The method according to claim 2, in which a cell with strong expression of a taurine transporter into which DNA encoding the desired polypeptide has been introduced is a cell cotransformed with one molecule containing DNA encoding the desired polypeptide and DNA encoding dihydrofolate reductase. ! 4. The method according to claim 3, in which the molecule containing the DNA encoding the desired polypeptide and the DNA encoding the digitrofolate reductase is a vector. ! 5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, in which the cell with strong expression of the taurine transporter also strongly expresses cysteinesulfinic acid decarboxylase. ! 6. A cell obtained by the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5. ! 7. The method of obtaining the desired polypeptide, in which the cell is cultured according to claim 6. ! 8. The method according to claim 7, in which the desired polypeptide is an antibody. ! 9. A method of obtaining a pharmaceutical product containing a polypeptide obtained by the method according to claim 7 or 8.! 10. Method for quantitatively increasing the production of a polypeptide by a cell with strong expression of the taurine transporter into which DNA was introduced
