An electrical capacitor according to claim 2, wherein the cycloaliphatic epoxy resin is bis(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl)adipate. ! 4. The electrical capacitor of claim 1, wherein the dielectric fluid comprises from about 0.3 to about 0.8 wt% of β-methylanthraquinone. ! 5. An electrical capacitor as claimed in claim 4, wherein the dielectric liquid comprises from about 0.3 to about 0.6% by weight of β-methylanthraquinone. ! 6. An electrical capacitor as claimed in claim 5, wherein the dielectric liquid comprises from about 0.35 to about 0.5% by weight of β-methylanthraquinone. ! 7. The electrical capacitor of claim 6, wherein the dielectric fluid comprises about 0.5% by weight of β-methylanthraquinone. ! 8. The electrical capacitor of claim 6, wherein the dielectric fluid comprises about 0.4% by weight of β-methylanthraquinone. ! 9.
