titleOfInvention HIGH CONTENT OF HYDROXYETHYLENE STARCH AND DISPERSANTER IN A GYPSUM WALL PLATE
abstract 1. A lightweight gypsum wallboard with high strength, containing:! hardened gypsum composition formed between two substantially parallel coating sheets, wherein the hardened gypsum composition is prepared using a gypsum-containing suspension, including:! water, gypsum, hydroxyethylated starch, naphthalenesulfonate dispersant and sodium trimethaphosphate, where hydroxyethylated starch is present in an amount of from about 0.5 to 10 wt.% relative to the weight of gypsum, naphthalenesulfonate dispersant is present in an amount of from about 0.1 to 3.0 wt. % by weight of gypsum, and sodium trimetaphosphate is present in an amount of about 0.1 to 0.4% by weight, relative to the weight of gypsum. ! 2. The lightweight gypsum wallboard with high strength according to claim 1, wherein the naphthalenesulfonate dispersant is in the form of an aqueous solution containing from about 40 to 45 wt.% Naphthalenesulfonate and the aqueous solution is present in an amount of from about 0.5 to 2.5 wt. .% relative to the mass of gypsum. ! 3. The lightweight gypsum wallboard with high strength according to claim 1, wherein the hydroxyethylated starch is present in an amount of about 3% by weight relative to the weight of the gypsum. ! 4. The lightweight gypsum wallboard with high strength according to claim 1, wherein the wallboard has a dry mass from about 1000 to 1400 lb / MSF. ! 5. A lightweight gypsum wallboard with high strength according to claim 3, wherein the wallboard has a dry weight of approximately 1200 lb / MSF. ! 6. Lightweight gypsum
