abstract 1. An aromatic composition with the flavor of jasmine sambac, containing at least one ingredient selected from the group consisting of 2,6-dimethyl-1,7-octadiene-3,6-diol and dehydrolinalool, in addition to the main composition containing as a key note, the flavor of jasmine sambac. ! 2. The aromatic composition according to claim 1, additionally containing 3,7-dimethyl-1,5-octadiene-3,7-diol. ! 3. The aromatic composition according to claim 1 or 2, where the total amount of an ingredient selected from the group consisting of 3,7-dimethyl-1,5-octadiene-3,7-diol, 2,6-dimethyl-1,7- octadiene-3,6-diol and dehydro-dinaloal, is from 0.01 to 20% wt./wt. all aromatic composition. ! 4. The aromatic composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, where the main composition, having as a key note the aroma of jasmine sambac flowers, contains one or more substances selected from the group consisting of benzyl acetate, cis-3-hexenol, cis-3 -hexenylacetate, cis-3-hexenylbenzoate, indole, linalool and methylanthranilate.
