titleOfInvention METHOD FOR DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSTICS OF ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION IN PREGNANCY
abstract The method of differential diagnosis of arterial hypertension during pregnancy is based on the determination of a number of signs that are related to the level of blood pressure in the third trimester of pregnancy, namely, X1 is the growth of the pregnant woman, X2 is the resistance index in the right uterine artery, X3 is the resistance index in the left uterine artery, X4 - total blood protein content, X5 - plasma creatinine level; X6 - level of alkaline phosphatase in blood plasma; X7 - platelet count in peripheral blood; X8 is the concentration of soluble fibrinmonomeric complexes in the blood, X9 is the index of measurements of systolic blood pressure at night with daily monitoring of blood pressure, X10 is the value of the morning rise in diastolic blood pressure with daily monitoring of blood pressure and the coefficients of linear classification functions obtained by discriminant analysis, which differs the fact that prognostic factors F1 and F2 are calculated and compared using the formulas:! ! ! interpretation of the calculation results: for F1> F2, hypertension is associated with pregnancy, for F2> F1, an increase in blood pressure during pregnancy is associated with chronic arterial hypertension.
