titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCING HUMAN ALPHA-FETOPROTEIN FRAGMENT CONJUGATE WITH CYPROFLOXACIN
abstract 1. A method of obtaining a conjugate of a fragment of human alpha-fetoprotein with ciprofloxacin, based on the conjugation reaction, characterized in that the reaction mixture obtained as a result of the conjugation reaction is introduced into the solution of a human alpha-fetoprotein fragment, and the by-products obtained are removed by dialysis, while the conjugation reaction is carried out by activating the carboxyl group of ciprofloxacin using carbodiimide. ! 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the conjugation reaction is carried out by mixing for 5 minutes at room temperature the ciprofloxacin of the carboxyl group with carbodiimide in the ratio carbodiimide: ciprofloxacin 1: 1. ! 3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the introduction of the reaction mixture into the solution of a fragment of human alpha-fetoprotein is carried out by adding to the solution of a fragment of human alpha-fetoprotein of the reaction mixture, followed by incubation of the resulting solution for 20-30 minutes with stirring and monitoring pH ! 4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the by-products obtained by introducing the reaction mixture into a solution of a fragment of human alpha-fetoprotein are removed by dialysis against phosphate-buffered saline, pH 8.0.
