abstract | FIELD: pipe line transport. SUBSTANCE: method of cleaning inner surface of pipe line consists in introducing cleaning members in it; cleaning members possessing positive buoyancy in working medium are moved in pipe line by compressed gas and working medium. Cleaning members are formed of pasty solution quickly polarizing in working medium with elastic porous filler. Portions of solutions are introduced in pipe line filled with working medium and each portion is followed by compressed gas and working medium whose hydrodynamic pressure exceeds pressure of working medium in pipe line. Length of formed cleaning members does not exceed magnitude equal to two diameters of pipe line being cleaned. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg |
