The first input of unit 6 is connected with the first input of unit 7. Output of digital code forming of unit 7 is connected with control inputs of unit 1. Digital output of unit 8 is connected to the first input of unit 13. Input of unit 6 is connected with source of tested radiation. Output of unit 1 is connected with the first input of unit 3 through unit 2. The second input of unit 3 is connected with output of unit 4, output of unit 3 is connected with input of unit 5. The second input of unit 7 is connected with output of unit 5, the first output of unit 7 is connected with the second control input of unit 3, the second output of unit 7 is connected with control input of unit 2. The third output of unit 7 is connected with control inputs of units 11 ad 12 correspondingly, the fourth output is connected with the first control input of unit 8, and the fifth output of unit 7 is connected with the first control input of unit 9.
