FIELD: ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: wet scrubbing sludges are premixed with limestone to obtain the mixture humidity of 8-10% . The bentonite is added to the mixture to obtain the proportion of iron, calcium, silicon, and solid carbon oxides of 1 : (1.4-2) : (0.3-0.7) : (0.1-0.3), respectively. The product is crushed and mixed with iron ore concentrate in the proportion of 1 : (0.9-19). EFFECT: improved quality of the product. 6 tbl |
