titleOfInvention COSMETIC COMPOSITION CONTAINING FINE POWDER
abstract 1. A composition comprising (i) an aqueous phase, (ii) a fat phase and (iii) a powder phase containing a copolyamide powder obtained by polymerization of at least two different monomers, said composition being either an oil-in-water emulsion or a two-phase a composition in which the aqueous phase and the fat phase are separated. ! 2. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the copolyamide powder is selected from the condensation products of at least two different monomers selected from:! monomers such as amino acids; ! monomers such as lactams, which have from 3 to 12 carbon atoms in the main ring and which may be substituted; ! monomers obtained by the reaction between an aliphatic diamine containing from 6 to 12 carbon atoms and a dicarboxylic acid containing from 4 to 18 carbon atoms; and! mixtures thereof, and in the case of mixtures of an amino acid type monomer and a lactam type monomer, the monomers have a different number of carbon atoms. ! 3. The composition according to claim 2, characterized in that the lactams are selected from β, β-dimethylpropiolactam, α, α-dimethylpropiolactam, amylolactam, caprolactam, capryllactam, enantolactam, 2-pyrrolidone and laurillactam. ! 4. The composition according to claim 2, characterized in that the dicarboxylic acid is selected from adipic acid, sebacic acid, azelaic acid, cork acid, isophthalic acid, butanedioic acid, 1,4-cyclohexyl dicarboxylic acid, terephthalic acid, sodium or lithium sulfoisophthalic acid dimerized fatty acids (these dimerized fatty acids have a dimer content of at least 98% and are preferably hydrogenated) and dodecandionic acid HOOC- (CH2) 10-CO
