titleOfInvention | PACKAGING LAMINATED MATERIAL, METHOD FOR MAKING A PACKAGING LAMINATED MATERIAL AND A PACKAGING CONTAINER MADE FROM IT |
abstract | 1. Barrier film (1c) for packaging food or beverages, comprising a base film (12) of polymer and a barrier layer (11) applied to the base film, containing an inorganic oxide deposited from a gas phase, characterized in that the applied barrier layer is additionally coated a healing layer (13) consisting of a cross-linked organopolysiloxane, which is covalently bonded to an inorganic barrier layer (11). ! 2. A barrier film according to claim 1, characterized in that the inorganic barrier layer (11) contains, at least on the surface, a metal oxide. ! 3. The barrier film according to claim 1, characterized in that the inorganic barrier layer (11) comprises an oxide selected from the group consisting of silicon oxide and aluminum oxide. ! 4. Barrier film according to claim 3, characterized in that the inorganic barrier layer (11) comprises silicon oxide with the formula (SiOxCy), where x is from 0.1 to 2.5, ay is from 0.1 to 2.5 additionally containing covalently attached carbon atoms. ! 5. A barrier film according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the thickness of said applied inorganic barrier layer (11) is from 5 to 500 nm, preferably from 5 to 200 nm. ! 6. A barrier film according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the base film (12) comprises a polymer layer for receiving a layer applied by vapor deposition, the polymer layer being composed of a substance selected from the group consisting of polyethylene terephthalate (PET ) and polyamide (PA). ! 7. Barrier film according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that said inorganic barrier layer (11) applied by vapor deposition is applied by plasma chemical vapor deposition (PE |
