titleOfInvention | EFFECTIVE SYNTHESIS OF CHELATORS FOR NUCLEAR TOMOGRAPHY AND RADIOTHERAPY, COMPOSITIONS AND APPLICATION |
abstract | 1. A method of synthesizing a complex compound chelator directed ligand, comprising the step:! (a) a compound in an organic chelator environment with the following formula:! ! with at least one directed ligand comprising at least one functional group, where! A and D are H, lower alkyl, —COOH protected by carboxylic acid, —NH2 protected by amine, thiol or protected thiol,! E and F are each independently —COOH, —NH2 or thiol; where at least one position from A, D, E or F is —NH2 or thiol; ! B and C are each independently a secondary amine, a tertiary amine, —S—, —S (O) - or —S (O) 2-; ! R1, R2, R3 and R4 are each independently H or lower alkyl; ! X is selected from the group consisting of -CH2-CH2-, -CH2-CH2-CH2-, -CH2-C (O) -, -C (O) -CH2-, -C (O) -CH2-CH2- and -CH2-CH2-C (O) -; and! there is a connection between A, D, E or F of the chelator and at least one unprotected functional group of each directed ligand; ! at least one of A, D, or a directed ligand includes a protected functional group; ! at least one directed ligand functional group is not protected; ! provided that when A and D are each —NH2, neither B nor C are a secondary or tertiary amine. ! 2. The method according to claim 1, where the organic medium includes a polar or non-polar solvent, in particular the organic medium includes dimethylformamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, dioxane, methanol, ethyl alcohol, hexane, methylene chloride, acetonitrile, tetrahydrofuran or a mixture thereof. ! 3. The method according to claim 1, further comprising at least one purification step (b), where the purification step (b) includes column chromatography on silica gel, HPLC (HPLC) or a combination thereof, in particular, |
