titleOfInvention | METHOD FOR DETECTING TOXIC EFFECTS OF HEAVY METALS IN THE ORGANISM OF CHILDREN RESIDING IN THE AREAS OF TECHNOGENIC POLLUTION |
abstract | A method for detecting toxic effects of heavy metals in the body of children living in areas of technogenic pollution, which consists in determining the concentrations at which various biological or toxic effects are manifested in the body of children, characterized in that Chi-square Automatic Interaction Detection is used, a method in which to obtain the optimal separation into comparison groups, the F-criterion of communication is used, while the values of heavy metals in the blood of children are taken as predictor variables, and so far as dependent ones homeostasis factors, to obtain a normal distribution, logarithms of the natural values of metals are preliminarily carried out, then the sample is divided into groups based on data on the average value and standard deviation of the obtained normalized distribution and it is concluded that most toxic effects associated with deviations of homeostasis indicators begin at a concentration lead equal to 4.14 ± 0.95 μg / dl, arsenic - 2.10 ± 0.65 μg / dl, chromium - 8.91 ± 0.51 μg / dl. |
