Water distributing tube 10 of lever hydraulic activator has spiral with edges at 90 deg. and through holes 12. Outer tube has groups of rows of holes 16. Water distributing tubes of two upper hydraulic activators have spiral groove 21 transforming over 1/3 of tube length into straight one 22 with chamfer 23 over entire groove, and outer tube has groups of rows of holes 24 whose number is increased on straight section of groove of inner tube.
