abstract | 1. An adhesive patch preparation comprising an adhesive layer formed on one surface of a substrate, in which the adhesive layer includes (1) 2- (4-ethyl-1-piperazinyl) -4- (4-fluorophenyl) -5,6,7,8 , 9,10-hexahydrocycloocta [b] pyridine (hereinafter referred to as “Compound A”) or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof formed by the addition of an acid, and (2) an acrylic adhesive. ! 2. An adhesive patch preparation according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive layer comprises component (1) in a concentration of from about 0.1% to about 50% by weight of compound A.! 3. The adhesive preparation according to claim 1, in which the acrylic adhesive (2) is at least one compound selected from the group consisting of (co) polymer, mainly containing alkyl (meth) acrylate, and an alkyl (meth) acrylate copolymer and functionalized monomer. ! 4. An adhesive patch preparation according to claim 2, in which the acrylic adhesive (2) is at least one compound selected from the group consisting of (co) polymer, mainly containing alkyl (meth) acrylate, and an alkyl (meth) acrylate copolymer and functionalized monomer. ! 5. The adhesive preparation according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive layer further includes (3) a permeation enhancer. ! 6. The adhesive preparation according to claim 2, in which the adhesive layer further includes (3) a permeability enhancer. ! 7.
