titleOfInvention NEW BLOCK-COPOLYMER COMPOSITIONS
abstract 1. New block copolymer composition containing:! (a) 100 parts by weight. solid hydrogenated controlled distribution block copolymer with general configuration as AB, ABA, (AB) n, (ABA) n, (ABA) nX, (AB) nX or mixtures thereof, where n is an integer ranging from 2 to about 30, and X is the remainder of the coupling agent, and where:! i. before hydrogenation, each A block is a mono alkenyl arene polymer block, and each B block is a controlled distribution block of a copolymer of at least one conjugated diene and at least one mono alkenyl arene with a block index (I1), less than about 40%; ! ii. hydrogenation reduces about 0-10% of the arene double bonds and reduces at least about 90% of the double bonds of the conjugated diene; ! iii. each A block has a maximum molecular weight in the range of about 3000 to about 60,000, and each B block has a maximum molecular weight (MW1) in the range of about 30,000 to about 300,000; ! iv. each B block includes end regions adjacent to A blocks that are enriched in conjugated diene units and one or more regions not adjacent to A blocks that are enriched in mono alkenyl arene units; ! v. the total amount of monoalkenyl arene in the hydrogenated block copolymer ranges from about 20 wt% to about 80 wt%; and ! vi. the content of monoalkenyl arene in each block B (S1) is in the range
