titleOfInvention | NEW COMPOSITIONS THAT STABILIZE IMMUNOGENIC COMPOSITIONS AND INHIBIT THEIR DEPOSITION |
abstract | 1. The composition stabilizing the polysaccharide-protein conjugate, wherein said composition contains (1) a buffered saline solution, the buffer having a pKa of from about 3.5 to about 7.5, (2) a surface-active agent, and (3) one or more polysaccharide-protein conjugates. ! 2. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the composition containing the polysaccharide-protein conjugate is in a container selected from one or more of the group consisting of a bottle, bottle stopper, bottle cover, glass cover, rubber cover, plastic cover , syringe, syringe plug, syringe piston, flask, beaker, graduated cylinder, fermenter, bioreactor, hose, tube, bag, jar, ampoule, bottle and disposable pen. ! 3. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that said container is siliconized. ! 4. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the buffer contains succinate in a final concentration of from 1 to 10 mm and a pH of from 5.8 to 6.0. ! 5. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the surface-active agent is a polysorbate 80.! 6. The composition according to claim 5, characterized in that the final concentration of polysorbate 80 in the composition is at least from 0.01 to 10% wt./about. composition. ! 7. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the polysaccharide-protein conjugate contains one or more pneumococcus polysaccharides. ! 8. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that it also contains one or more polysaccharides of meningococcus, one or more antigenic proteins of meningococcus or a combination of them! 9. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that it also contains one or more streptococcal polysaccharides, one or more streptococcal antigenic proteins, or a combination thereof. ! 10. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the composition containing the polysaccharide-protein conjugate, |
