(B) a polyvalent metal compound reactive with the carboxyl group of the carboxyl group-containing copolymer (A); and (C) an anti-fouling agent. ! 2. The high non-volatile antifouling paint composition according to claim 1, which is a high non-volatile multi-component antifouling paint composition obtained by mixing a first liquid comprising a carboxyl group-containing copolymer (A) and a second liquid comprising a compound (B) a polyvalent metal. ! 3. The high non-volatile antifouling paint formulation of claim 1, which is a two-component high non-volatile antifouling paint formulation by mixing a first liquid and a second liquid! the first liquid comprises copolymer (A) containing a carboxyl group, and! the second liquid comprises a polyvalent metal compound (B). ! 4.
