A pharmaceutical or food composition comprising at least one coated granule with sustained release of an active substance, said coated granule consisting of a particle containing said active substance coated with at least two shells, characterized in that they contain a combination of excipients consisting of:! at least one copolymer of (a) esters of acrylic acid and methacrylic acid, in which the molar content of the Quaternary ammonium groups is lower than or equal to 8%,! in association with the second copolymer of (b) esters of acrylic acid and methacrylic acid, in which the molar content of the Quaternary ammonium groups is above 8%,! in the mass ratio (a) / (b) of 60/40 to 80/20,! and the content (a) is from 2.5 to 5.0 wt.% in the dry state of the total weight of the composition. ! 2. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the active substance is selected from the group comprising antidepressants, antipyretic drugs, vitamins, anti-inflammatory drugs, minerals and oligoelements used individually or as a mixture. ! 3. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the active substance is a source of iron II or III in the form of a salt or complex. ! 4. The composition according to claim 3, characterized in that the iron salt is selected from the group consisting of sulfate, fumarate, gluconate, ascorbate, oxalate, succinate, glycerophosphate and feredetate. ! 5. The composition according to claim 3, characterized in that the iron complex is selected from the group consisting of iron-dextran, iron-polymaltose and iron-protein complexes. ! 6.
