The kit according to claim 3, including an aqueous solution for rehydrating the substrate. ! 5. The kit according to claim 4, wherein the aqueous solution comprises at least one active ingredient which is incompatible with at least one active ingredient contained in the composition. ! 6. The kit according to claim 4, wherein the aqueous solution comprises mineral or thermal water or water containing plankton. ! 7. The set according to claim 1, wherein the powdered cosmetic composition has an average grain size of 5 to 1000 microns. ! 8. The set according to claim 7, wherein the powdered cosmetic composition has an average grain size of 50 to 500 microns. ! 9. The set according to claim 1, where the powder cosmetic composition contains no more than 10 wt.% water. ! 10. The kit according to claim 9, wherein the powdered cosmetic composition contains not more than 5% by weight of water. ! 11. The kit according to claim 1, where the substrate is placed in a sterile package. ! 12. The set according to claim 1, where the powder cosmetic composition contains at least one active ingredient selected from active ingredients in powder form, such as vitamins, ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbyl phosphate, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate, ascorbyl glucoside, hyaluronic acid, salicylic acid and their derivatives, citric acid, ellagic acid, kojic acid, ferulic acid, plant extracts and hydrolysates in powder form, dihydroxyacetone, polyphenols, extracts of microbial strains, etc.
