The composition according to claim 2, characterized in that it has a density greater than or equal to 0.2, better, greater than or equal to 0.3. ! 4. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that it has a degree of expansion of 10 to 300%, preferably 30 to 250%, preferably 40 to 200%. ! 5. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the agent or agents structuring the oil phase are present in an amount of from 0.1 to 60 wt.% in relation to the total mass of the composition, preferably from 0.5 to 50 wt. .% and, even better, from 1 to 40 wt.%. ! 6. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the agent structuring the oil phase is selected from: !
