(d) applying to the granule obtained in step (c), agarose coatings to obtain agarose-coated granules from Seakem Gold agarose with secretory cells. ! 2. The method according to claim 1, further comprising rolling the granules obtained in step (c) in 5% agarose, contacting the packed granules with mineral oil, and washing the packed granules to form agarose-coated Seakem Gold agarose granules with secretory cells. ! 3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the secretory cells are pancreatic islets. ! 4. The method according to claim 3, characterized in that the islets are islets of the human pancreas. ! 5. The method according to claim 3, characterized in that the islets are islets of the pancreas of cattle. ! 6. The method according to claim 3, characterized in that the islets are islets of a pancreas of a pig. ! 7. The method according to claim 3, characterized in that the granule contains about 50-5000 islands. ! 8.
