titleOfInvention GASTRORETENTIVE COMPOSITIONS AND METHOD FOR THEIR MANUFACTURE
abstract 1. A gastroretentive composition comprising an active substance granulated together with a mixture of a weak gelling agent, which is a co-processed microcrystalline cellulose and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, a strong gelling agent and a gas generating agent. ! 2. The gastroretentive composition according to claim 1, in which the strong gelling agent is selected from the group consisting of methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose with the exception of low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, xanthan gum, fruit tree gum sodium alginate, agar-agar, gelatin, modified starches, copolymers of carboxyvinyl polymers, copolymers of acrylates, copolymer oxyethylene and oxypropylene and mixtures thereof. ! 3. The gastro-reparative composition according to claim 1 or 2, in which the active substance is granulated with a binder (C) and, optionally, with auxiliary agents (D), which are selected from the group consisting of diluents, antistatic agents or mixtures thereof. ! 4. The gastroreceptive composition according to claim 1 or 2, which further includes excipients selected from the group consisting of diluents, lubricants, moisturizers, sweeteners, flavors, colorants and mixtures thereof. ! 5. The gastroretentive composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the gas generating agent is selected from the group consisting of water-soluble carbonates, sulfites and bicarbonates, such as sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium metabisulfite, calcium
