abstract | 1. A composition for external use intended for the treatment of skin diseases, the composition comprising adenosyl-cobalamin as an active ingredient. ! 2. The composition according to claim 1, where the composition contains from 0.01 to 7 wt.% Adenosyl-cobalamin. ! 3. The composition according to claim 1, where the composition further comprises at least one active ingredient selected from the group consisting of methyl cobalamin, hydroxycobalamin and cyanocobalamin. ! 4. The composition according to claim 1 or 3, where the composition further comprises a steroid, vitamin or immunosuppressive agent. ! 5. The composition according to claim 1, where adenosyl-cobalamin is packaged in liposomes containing phospholipid and cholesterol. ! 6. The composition according to claim 5, where the weight ratio of phospholipid and cholesterol is from 1: 1 to 10: 1. ! 7. The composition according to claim 5, where the phospholipid is a phosphocholine having from 3 to 24 carbon atoms in the diacyl group. ! 8. The composition according to claim 7, where the phospholipid is at least one selected from 1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DPPC), 1,2-disteroyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DSPC ), L-α-phosphatidylcholine (HSPC), 1-palmitoyl-2-glutaroyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (PGPC), 1,2-dilauroyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DLPC), 1,2 -dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DMPC) and 1,2-dioleyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DOPC). ! 9.
