abstract FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product - methyl - 2,4,6 - tri - O - acetyl - 3 - deoxy - 3,3 - C - dicyano - a - D - glucopyranoside, gross- formula is C 15 H 18 O 8 N 2 , m. p. is 118-119 C. Reagent 1: methyl - 2,4,6 - tri - O - acetyl - 3 - deoxy - 3 - C - carbamoyl - 3 - C - cyano - LD 50 - D - glucopyranoside. Reagent 2: thionyl chloride. Reaction conditions: in the presence of dimethylformamide, at 60 C for 1 h. Value α = 197 mg/kg. After a single administration of synthesized substance inhibition of growth of leukosis tumor P-388, melanoma B-16 and Lewis lung carcinoma is observed (by 75; 88 and 82% , respectively). Synthesized compound can be used in medicine. EFFECT: high antitumor activity of the end product. 1 tbl
