Reagent 1: compound of the general formula (2), where Y, A, p and Z - as indicated above. Reagent 2: hydrolyzing agent. Compounds of the general formula (1) inhibit leukotriene B 4 at concentration 10 -6 M by 23-99% . EFFECT: enhanced inhibitory activity of synthesized tricycle compounds. 1 tbl
