titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYMERIZED COORDINATION COMPOUNDS OF PLATINUM COMPLEX
abstract 1. A method of obtaining a coordination compound as a result of a reaction between a platinum complex and a polymer having carboxyl groups in its side chains! where, as a platinum complex, a diaquoplatinum complex or a bis (nitrato) platinum complex is used in the form of a mixture with a dihalo platinum complex, which is selected from dichloro-, diiodo- or dibromoplatin complexes, and a block copolymer is used as a polymer, described by the following general formulas (1) or 2) ! ! where R1 represents a hydrogen atom or an unsubstituted or substituted linear or branched C1-C12 alkyl group, L1 and L2 independently from each other are connecting groups, R2 represents a methylene group or an ethylene group, R3 represents a hydrogen atom, a protective group for an amino group , a hydrophobic group or a polymerizable group, R4 represents a hydroxyl group, a protected carboxyl group formed together with the terminal —CO, or a hydrophobic group, each of R5 independently represents represents a hydrogen atom, an alkali metal ion or a protective group for a carboxyl group, m is an integer in the range of 5 to 20,000, n is an integer in the range of 2 to 5,000, and x is an integer in the range of 0 to 5000, provided that x is not greater than n, and the hydrogen atom or alkali metal ion is 50% or more of R5 for nx and x units,! the method includes the step of carrying out the reaction in an aqueous medium under conditions in which the platinum and block copolymer complexes form a coordination compound with each other, and! the stage of extraction of the obtained
