titleOfInvention MIXTURES OF POLAR LIPIDS, THEIR PRODUCTION AND APPLICATION
abstract 1. An artificial lipid preparation comprising a mixture of glycerophospholipids comprising phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), phosphatidylserine (PS) and phosphatidylinositol (PI), and optionally including sphingolipid, or its precursor, or its metabolite, in which the content each of said PC, PE, PS and PI is equal to at least 1% (w / w), in which the ratio between said glycerophospholipids was as follows: PC> PE> PS> PI, and in which said glycerophospholipids were obtained from a natural source of animal lipids pro convergence, but not from the brain. ! 2. The lipid preparation according to claim 1, wherein said sphingolipid is sphingomyelin. ! 3. The lipid preparation according to claim 2, including sphingomyelin, in which the ratio between these glycerophospholipids was as follows: SM≥PC> PE> PS> PI. ! 4. The lipid preparation according to claim 1, wherein said glycerophospholipids were obtained from the indicated natural source of lipids of animal origin, but not from the brain, by fractionation and / or extraction. ! 5. The lipid preparation according to claim 1, wherein the PC content is at least 5% (w / w), the PS content is at least 2% (w / w), the PE content is at least 4% (w / w), the PI content is at least 2% (w / w). ! 6. The lipid preparation according to claim 3, comprising at least 2% (wt./wt.) SM. ! 7. A method for preparing a lipid preparation comprising a mixture of glycerophospholipids comprising phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), phosphatidylserine (PS) and phosphatidylinositol (PI), and optionally including sphingolipid, or its precursor, or its metabolite, preferably sphingome in which
