titleOfInvention | METHOD FOR PRODUCING L-AMINO ACIDS USING BACTERIA OF THE ENTEROBACTERIACEAE FAMILY |
abstract | 1. Bacteria producing L-amino acids belonging to the family Enterobacteriaceae containing DNA, including:! A) a gene encoding a bacterial enzyme that affects the biosynthesis of L-amino acids, and! B) a transcribed DNA fragment encoding a peptide, the sequence of which is presented in the List of sequences under the number SEQ ID NO: 2, or a variant thereof, characterized in that said fragment is attached to the 3 'end of the specified gene. ! 2. The bacterium according to claim 1, characterized in that said bacterium belongs to the genus Escherichia. ! 3. The bacterium according to claim 1, characterized in that said bacterium is a producer of L-phenylalanine. ! 4. The bacterium according to claim 1, characterized in that said enzyme is chorizmatmutase / prefenate dehydrogenase. ! 5. The bacterium according to claim 1, characterized in that said bacterium is a producer of L-histidine. ! 6. The bacterium according to claim 1, characterized in that said enzyme is phosphoglucose isomerase. ! 7. A method for producing an L-amino acid, comprising growing the bacterium according to claim 1 in a nutrient medium and isolating said L-amino acid from the culture fluid. ! 8. The method according to claim 7, characterized in that said L-amino acid is L-phenylalanine. ! 9. The method according to claim 7, characterized in that said L-amino acid is L-histidine. ! 10. A method of producing an ester of lower alkyls of α-L-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine, comprising growing a bacterium according to any one of claims. 1 to 4 in a nutrient medium for the formation and accumulation of L-phenylalanine and synthesis of the lower alkyl ester α-L-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine from aspartic acid or its derivatives and the obtained L-phenylalanine. ! 11. The method of claim 10, further comprising the esterification of L-fe |
