titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCING ALOE-EMODINE FROM ALOIN AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING RHEIN OR DIACERINE FROM ALOIN
abstract 1. A method of obtaining aloe-emodin from aloin, including the oxidation of aloin dissolved in polyhydric alcohol, as a result of treatment with an oxygen-containing gas in the presence of acid. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the polyhydric alcohol is selected from ethylene glycol and propylene glycol. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that aloin is dissolved in polyhydric alcohol with a concentration of up to 70% (w / v). The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the aloin is a "raw" aloin extracted from plants and characterized by a degree of purity in excess of 1%. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the oxidation is carried out at a temperature of from 100 to 120 ° C in an oxygen-containing atmosphere. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the acid is selected from nitric acid and sulfuric acid. The method of claim 1, wherein the oxygen-containing gas is selected from gaseous oxygen or air. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that it further includes the purification and isolation of aloe emodin. A method for producing rhein or diacerein from aloin, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: a) oxidizing aloin as a result of treating aloin dissolved in a polyhydric alcohol with an oxygen-containing gas in the presence of acid to obtain aloe-emodin; b) oxidizing aloe-emodin as a result carrying out a chromium-free treatment with an oxidizing medium to obtain rhein; c) purifying the rhein obtained in step b); d) optionally acetylating the rhein obtained in step c) using an acetylating agent to half teachings of diacerein. 10. The method according to claim 9, characterized in that in step c) the rhein purification comprises the implementation of liquid-liquid
