titleOfInvention | METHOD FOR PREPARING PHOSPHONATE ELECTROLYTES AND SOLUTIONS |
abstract | 1. A method of preparing phosphonate electrolytes and solutions to obtain galvanic and chemical coatings with metals and alloys, which contain as the main components metal cations from the group consisting of copper, zinc, nickel, cobalt, and nitrilotri (methylenephosphonic) anions, including dissolving in water of compounds that are a source of metal cations, and compounds that are a source of nitrilotri anion (methylenephosphonic) acid, characterized in that as sources of metal cations and anions nitrilotri (methylenephosphonic) acids use crystalline nitrilotri (methylenephosphonates) (2-) metals from the group consisting of copper, zinc, nickel, cobalt. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that for the preparation of phosphonate electrolytes and solutions used to obtain coatings of copper or copper alloys, crystalline nitrilotri (methylene phosphonate) (2-) copper (II) is used. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that for the preparation of phosphonate electrolytes used to obtain coatings with zinc or zinc alloys, crystalline nitrilotri (methylene phosphonate) (2-) zinc (II) is used. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that for the preparation of phosphonate electrolytes and solutions used to obtain coatings of nickel or nickel alloys, crystalline nitrilotri (methylene phosphonate) (2-) nickel (II) is used. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that for the preparation of phosphonate electrolytes and solutions used to obtain coatings with cobalt or cobalt alloys, crystalline nitrilotri (methylene phosphonate) (2-) cobalt (II) is used. |
