abstract | 1. A solid dosage form comprising granular materials containing a therapeutically active compound of formula (I) or its geometric isomer, stereoisomer, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, ester or metabolite, in combination with one or more intragranular excipients. 2. The dosage form according to claim 1, wherein compound (I) is ospemifene. The dosage form according to claim 1, wherein the at least one intragranular excipient is a disintegrant.
