titleOfInvention | METHOD OF IMMUNIZATION AGAINST VIRAL INFECTIONS OF HUMAN AND ANIMALS USING NON-IMMUNOGENOUS AND WEAKLY IMMUNOGENIC VIRUS PROTEINS AND STRENGTHENING TRANSMEMBRANE TRANSFER OF ANTILETER |
abstract | 1. The method of immunization of humans and animals using immunogenic compositions, vaccines, immunoglobulins and sera obtained from humans, animals, hybridomas or any other source of immunoglobulins, characterized in that the proteins encoded in the genome are used as the immunogen or one of the immunogens virus, but being weakly immunogenic or non-immunogenic with naturally occurring viral infection. 2. The immunization method according to claim 1, characterized in that in order to increase the intracellular concentration of antibodies, protein inducers are used - transmembrane carriers of immunoglobulins. The immunization method according to claim 2, wherein the myosin 1 membrane protein inducers are used (myosin 1, brush border myosin). The immunization method according to claim 2, wherein estradiol is used as an inducer or one of myosin 1 inducers. The immunization method according to claim 2, wherein calreticulin membrane protein inducers (Calreticulin) are used. The immunization method according to any one of claims 1 to 5 against viral hepatitis C (HCV), wherein the NS5B protein, an RNA-dependent RNA polymerase, is used as an immunogen. The immunization method according to any one of claims 1 to 5 against human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), in which proteins are used as immunogens - products of the nef, vif, vpr, vpu, vpx genes of human immunodeficiency virus. An immunogenic composition containing an immunogen, as well as a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and adjuvant, characterized in that as an immunogen or one of the immunogens they contain proteins encoded in the genome of the virus, but which are weakly immunogenic or non-immunogenic with naturally occurring viral infection |
