FIELD: non-alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: beverage is produced by blending choline and glycerol with liquid base containing sodium and potassium salts and fructose. The base may be water or mineral water or fruit juice or vegetable juice. The finished product has the following proportions of ingredients (kg/100 l): potassium 0.390-2.900, sodium 0.345-2.560, fructose 50.000-150.000, glycerol 63.000-126.000, cholin 0.375-1.500.
