titleOfInvention | Method for diagnostics of intolerance of steroid-free untiphlogistic preparations |
abstract | Usage: medicine. The aim of the invention is to increase the accuracy, speed, simplification of the method. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: Blood is incubated with a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug in the presence of luminol and the maximum chemiluminescence intensity of whole blood cells is recorded after stimulation with a suspension of silica sand. The maximum intensity of chemipuminescence of the experimental sample is divided by the value of the maximum intensity of chemiluminescence in the control (without non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) and, with their ratio less than 0.85, intolerance to patients with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs is diagnosed. The invention allows to increase the accuracy of the method, simplify and speed it up. 1 tab. |
