SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Product of UNIVERSITY: UNO Where R is cpd, cyclopropyl or hydroxyethyl Reagent 11 is substituted 6-fluoro-4-oxo-7- {4-carboethoxy-b-fluoro-4-oxo-7- (4-carboethoxy -1-piperazinyl) -1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acid Reagent 2. Alkaline reagent - a mixture of ethanol and an aqueous base solution (KOH). Reaction conditions: boiling the reaction mixture. Yield 50 - 96%. 2 zlfs. |
