titleOfInvention | CLIMATE CONTROL OF DISPENSING UNIT OF AQUAVENDING EQUIPMENT |
abstract | The utility model relates to aqua vending machines (water vending machines) designed to operate at subzero ambient temperatures, and directly relates to the dispensing unit of the aqua vending apparatus, including a loading chamber and pipelines associated with this chamber, and specifically to the corresponding climate control of the dispensing unit for ensuring the possibility of its (node) work in conditions of negative ambient temperature. The technical problem lies in the need to improve the energy efficiency of the climate control of the dispensing unit of the aqua vending machine (ensuring reliable operation of the unit at negative ambient temperatures with minimal energy consumption for heating). The technical result consists in the allocation of temperature-critical zones in the dispensing unit (the bottom of the loading chamber and associated inlet and outlet pipelines), in the thermal insulation of these zones from the ambient air and in providing a relatively uniform and automatically controlled heating of these zones during the operation of the dispensing unit in conditions of negative ambient temperature. Climate control of the dispensing unit is a system of automatic two-position temperature control of three temperature-critical zones of the dispensing unit. These zones include the bottom 4 of the chamber 1 and pipelines 6 and 7 together with the corresponding nozzles 3 and 5. The climate control contains a control unit, a heating element and a temperature sensor. The heating element provides heating of temperature-critical zones of the dispensing unit and is functionally made in the form of three sections 8, 9, 10 of the heating cable electrically connected to the control unit. Section 8 is intended for heating the bottom 4 of the loading chamber 1. Section 9 is intended for heating the inlet pipeline 6. Section 10 is intended for heating the outlet pipeline 7. The bottom 4 and section 8 are placed in a heat-insulating trough-shaped cover 12. Pipeline 6 with section 9 are placed in a heat-insulating hose 13. Pipeline 7 with a section 10 are placed in a heat-insulating hose 14. The temperature sensor is installed on the pipe 3 above the cover 2 of the chamber 1. 8 ill. |
