titleOfInvention NON-WOVEN MULTI-LAYER MATERIAL FOR THE MATTRESS
abstract The utility model relates to light industry, in particular to the production of furniture, is designed to meet the vital needs of a person and can be used to make mattresses for beds, sofas and other sleeping places. Non-woven multilayer material for a mattress contains a top layer with a first surface density, consisting of a mixture of synthetic polyester and bicomponent fibers; a bottom layer with a second basis weight, consisting of a mixture of synthetic polyester and bicomponent fibers; an intermediate layer in the form of a polymer mesh. All of these layers of nonwoven multilayer material are combined into a web by thermal bonding of the bicomponent fibers of the upper and lower layers through the specified polymer network. The technical result is achieved - increased durability. 7 p.p. f-ly, 3 dwg
