titleOfInvention REACTOR FOR HYDROGEN GENERATOR BASED ON WATER OXIDATION OF A SOLID REAGENT
abstract The utility model relates to power equipment, namely, to the designs of reactors used in hydrogen generators for an autonomous power source based on fuel cells, and can be used to create small power plants for stationary distributed energy.n n n The technical result is achieved due to the development of the reactor design, including an extended body with an internal cavity, one of the ends of which is made open for placement in the internal cavity of a capsule with a solid reagent, a node for supplying water to the capsule and a hydrogen outlet made in the reactor vessel. The inner cavity of the reactor is made in the form of a truncated cone with the possibility of tight mechanical and thermal contact of the inner conical surface of the body with the outer surface of the capsule when it is placed in the inner cavity of the reactor, and the node for supplying water to the capsule is made in the form of a hermetically mounted end cover of the reactor vessel from the side opposite to the open end of the case, with the element for supplying water to the capsule fixed in the lid, while the outlet for hydrogen is located in the area of the assembly water supply, the reactor vessel is equipped with sealing elements for sealing the hydrogen cavity and capsule, and is made of heat-conducting material with the possibility of heat removal from the capsule and withstanding gas pressure up to 30 atm.n n n The technical result is to ensure continuous continuous operation of the hydrogen generator in both manual and automatic mode for a predetermined time, determined by the supply of capsules (reagent). 13 s.p. f-ly, 4 ill.
