titleOfInvention Plasma torch
abstract The invention relates to devices for plasma processing of metals, in particular to devices for plasma welding and cutting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Improving the wear resistance of the electrode, the plasma forming nozzle and the plasmatron is achieved due to the fact that in the plasmatron containing the electrode, a central blind hole is made on the outer surface of the working end. The nozzle mounted with a gap around the electrode has a flat inner surface facing the working end of the electrode, on which an outlet is made, coaxial with the blind hole of the electrode. The working end face of the electrode is made in the form of a hemisphere, the diameter of the blind hole of the electrode is 0.75 - 1 of the diameter of the nozzle outlet, the depth of the blind hole of the electrode is 1 - 1.3 of its diameter. The gap between the working end of the electrode and the flat inner surface of the nozzle is 0.2 - 0.3 of the nozzle outlet.
