abstract The utility model relates to the field of measurement technology, namely, devices designed to determine the concentration of methane and other gaseous hydrocarbons, and can be used to measure the volume concentration of methane and vapor regasified liquefied natural gas. The infrared gas analyzer consists of a cylindrical body, on the surface of which a connector for connecting external circuits is installed, and inside which there is an infrared optical sensor, which includes openings for the input and output of the analyzed gas, an infrared LED, interference filters and a gas cell located along the infrared radiation of the LED with focusing lenses for infrared radiation, infrared photodetectors and an electronic control unit including communes a kation board, to which a control microcontroller, an interface signal conditioner are connected, a gas channel is included in the gas analyzer, which consists of coaxial inner and outer cylindrical pipes, the outer tube being sealed to the cylindrical body and a dust filter placed at its outlet, and the inner tube coaxial and hermetically connected to an infrared optical sensor, inside of which a porous metal filler, an aerosol filter are coaxially and sequentially located, obuditel flow of sample gas and measuring the internal temperature at its outer end is located a gas meter temperature and a protective grid, it is installed outside the cylindrical electric furnace, inside of cylindrical body installed additional control board. The technical result is to improve the technical characteristics of an infrared gas analyzer. 1 ill.
