titleOfInvention Device for anaerobic processing of liquid organic waste
abstract ESSAYn n n DEVICE FOR ANAEROBIC RECYCLING OF LIQUID ORGANIC WASTEn n n n n n n n n n The utility model relates to the field of utilization of concentrated organic substrates suitable for further use in the conditions of production - their sources or in related fields.n n n n n The objective of the proposed utility model is to increase the efficiency of the process of anaerobic processing of organic waste.n n n n n n n n n n n n As a result of using the proposed utility model, it becomes possible to increase the efficiency of the process of anaerobic processing of organic waste due to fine grinding, which improves the rheological properties of the substrate and the availability of nutrients for microorganisms, partial hydrolysis of organic compounds, which increases the degree of decomposition of organic matter and, accordingly, the yield of the target product - biogas, introduction microparticles of iron, which allows to reduce the launch period of the bioreactor, increase the rate of formation and final yield of methane, provide a more complete decomposition of the substrate and reduce the required volume of the bioreactor, increase the adaptive ability of the microbial community to adverse conditions (for example, excessive accumulation of volatile fatty acids (VFA) or H 2 , lower pH), accelerated heating of the substrate in The microwave field to the temperature of the process, providing a decrease in temperature fluctuations in the reactor and increasing the stability of the process, due to the fact that the microparticles of iron contribute by abrasion of body whirl layer (steel needle) apparatus, and a substrate heating acceleration in the microwave heating chamber occurs when disposing of waste heat from the fluidized-bed apparatus.
